The leaders of the people: Phoros, Phaathmoab, Elam, Zathouia, sons.

Atēr, Ezekia, Azour

Oduia, Esam, Bēsi

Ariphanathoth, Nobai

and the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and everyone coming from the peoples of the land to the law of God, their wives, their sons, their daughters, everyone who knows and understands

They strengthened themselves against their brothers, they cursed them, and entered into a curse and into an oath to go in the law of God, which was given by the hand of Moses, the servant of God, and to keep and do all the commandments of our Lord and his judgments.

and not to give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and their daughters we will not take for our sons

And the peoples of the land, who bring the wares and every sale on the day of the sabbath, we will not buy from them on sabbath and on a holy day, and we will let the seventh year go, and the exaction of every hand

And we will establish ordinances upon ourselves, to give upon ourselves a third of the didrachm each year for the service of the house of our God

for the bread of the presence and for the sacrifice of the continual offering and for the whole burnt offering of the continual offering of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the feasts, and for the holy things, and the sin offerings, to make atonement for Israel, and for the works of the house of our God

And we cast lots among the priests and the Levites and the people for the wood offering, to bring into the house of our God, into the house of our fathers, at appointed times year by year, to burn on the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the law.

and to bring the firstfruits of our land and the firstfruits of every tree’s fruit year by year into the house of the Lord

and the firstborn of our sons and of our livestock, as it has been written in the law, and the firstborn of our cattle and of our flocks, to bring into the house of our God to the priests who minister in the house of our God

And the firstfruits of our grain and the fruit of every tree, of wine and of oil, we will bring to the priests, to the treasury of the house of God, and the tithe of our land to the Levites; and the Levites themselves, tithing in all the cities of our service.

And the priest, a son of Aaron, shall be with the Levite in the tenth part of the Levite, and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God, to the treasuries, to the house of God

For into the treasuries the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi shall bring the firstfruits of the grain and of the wine and of the oil, and there the holy vessels and the priests, the ministers, and the gatekeepers, and the singers; and we will not forsake the house of our God
