And the word of the Lord came to me, saying

Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir and prophesy against it

And say, Thus says the Lord Lord: Behold, I am against you, Mount Seir, and I will stretch out my hand against you and I will make you a desolation, and you shall be desolated.

and I will make your cities a desolation, and you shall be desolate, and you shall know that I am the Lord

Because of your becoming an everlasting enmity, and you sat in ambush for the house of Israel by deceit, by the hand of enemies, by the sword, in the time of iniquity, at the end

Therefore, as I live, says the Lord Lord, surely you have sinned unto blood, and blood shall pursue you.

And I will make Mount Seir a wilderness and desolated, and I will destroy from it men and livestock.

And I will fill your hills and your ravines with the slain, and in all your plains those wounded by the sword shall fall in you.

I will make you an everlasting desolation, and your cities shall not be inhabited any more, and you shall know that I am the Lord.

Because you said, The two nations and the two lands will be mine, and I will inherit them, though the Lord is there.

Therefore, as I live, says the Lord, I will do to you according to your enmity, and I will be known to you when I judge you.

And you shall know that I am the Lord; I have heard the voice of your blasphemies, because you said, The mountains of Israel have been given to us for devouring.

And you boasted against me with your mouth; I heard.

Thus says the Lord: I will make you a desolation in the joy of all the earth.

You shall be a desolation, Mount Seir, and all Idumea shall be consumed, and you shall know that I am the Lord their God.
