And God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and all the cattle and all the birds and all the creeping things that were with him in the ark, and God brought a wind upon the earth, and the water subsided

And the fountains of the abyss were covered, and the floodgates of heaven, and the rain from heaven was restrained.

And the water kept going away from the earth; the water kept going away and was diminished after one hundred and fifty days.

And the ark sat in the seventh month, on the twenty-seventh of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

And the water was going and was diminishing until the tenth month, and in the eleventh month, on the first of the month, the tops of the mountains appeared.

And it came to pass after forty days, Noah opened the window of the ark that he had made.

And he sent out the raven to see whether the water had abated, and it went out and did not return until the water dried up from the earth.

And he sent the dove after him to see whether the water had abated from the face of the earth

And the dove, not finding rest for her feet, returned to him into the ark, because water was on all the face of all the earth; and stretching out his hand, he took her and brought her in to himself into the ark.

And having waited again seven other days, he sent out the dove again from the ark

And the dove returned to him at evening, and she had an olive leaf, a twig in her mouth, and Noah knew that the water had abated from the earth.

And having waited yet seven other days, he sent out the dove again, and it did not continue to return to him anymore.

And it came to be in the six hundred and first year, in the life of Noe, in the first month, on the first day of the month, the water had dried up from the earth, and Noe uncovered the roof of the ark that he had made, and he saw that the water had dried up from the face of the earth.

And in the second month, on the twenty-seventh of the month, the earth was dried up.

And the Lord God spoke to Noah, saying

Go out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and the wives of your sons with you.

And all the wild animals that are with you, and all flesh, from birds to livestock, and every creeping thing moving on the earth, bring out with yourself, and increase and multiply on the earth.

And Noah went out, and his wife, and his sons, and the wives of his sons with him

And all the wild animals and all the livestock and every bird and every creeping thing moving upon the earth, according to their kinds, went out from the ark.

And Noe built an altar to God, and he took from all the clean cattle and from all the clean birds and offered up whole burnt offerings upon the altar.

And the Lord God smelled a scent of fragrance, and the Lord God said, having considered, I will not continue any more to curse the earth because of the works of men, because the mind of man is applied diligently to evil from youth; therefore I will no longer strike every living flesh as I have done.

All the days of the earth, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and spring, day and night shall not cease.
