Speak to the congregation of the sons of Israel and you shall say to them: You shall be holy, because I the Lord your God am holy.
Each one shall fear his father and his mother, and you shall keep my sabbaths; I am the Lord your God.
You shall not follow after idols, and you shall not make molten gods for yourselves; I am the Lord your God.
And if you sacrifice a sacrifice of peace offering to the Lord, you shall sacrifice it for your acceptance.
ἂν ἡμέρᾳ θύσητε βρωθήσεται καὶ τῇ αὔριον καὶ ἐὰν καταλειφθῇ ἕως ἡμέρας τρίτης ἐν πυρὶ κατακαυθήσεται
On the day on which you sacrifice it, it shall be eaten, and on the next day; and if it be left until the third day, it shall be burned up in fire
But if it is eaten with eating on the third day, it is unholy; it shall not be accepted.
δὲ ἔσθων αὐτὸ ἁμαρτίαν λήμψεται ὅτι τὰ ἅγια κυρίου ἐβεβήλωσεν καὶ ἐξολεθρευθήσονται αἱ ψυχαὶ αἱ ἔσθουσαι ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῶν
But the one who eats it shall receive sin, because he has profaned the holy things of the Lord, and the souls who eat shall be cut off from their people.
ἐκθεριζόντων ὑμῶν τὸν θερισμὸν τῆς γῆς ὑμῶν οὐ συντελέσετε τὸν θερισμὸν ὑμῶν τοῦ ἀγροῦ ἐκθερίσαι καὶ τὰ ἀποπίπτοντα τοῦ θερισμοῦ σου οὐ συλλέξεις
And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not finish reaping your harvest of your field completely, and the fallen things of your harvest you shall not gather.
τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου οὐκ ἐπανατρυγήσεις οὐδὲ τοὺς ῥῶγας τοῦ ἀμπελῶνός σου συλλέξεις τῷ πτωχῷ καὶ τῷ προσηλύτῳ καταλείψεις αὐτά ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
And you shall not glean your vineyard again, nor shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner. I am the Lord your God.
You shall not steal, you shall not lie, each of you shall not deceive his neighbor.
οὐκ ὀμεῖσθε τῷ ὀνόματί μου ἐπ᾿ ἀδίκῳ καὶ οὐ βεβηλώσετε τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
And you shall not swear by my name for unrighteousness, and you shall not profane the name of your God; I am the Lord your God.
ἀδικήσεις τὸν πλησίον καὶ οὐχ ἁρπάσεις καὶ οὐ μὴ κοιμηθήσεται ὁ μισθὸς τοῦ μισθωτοῦ παρὰ σοὶ ἕως πρωί
You shall not wrong your neighbor, and you shall not seize, and the wages of the hired worker shall not sleep with you until morning.
κακῶς ἐρεῖς κωφὸν καὶ ἀπέναντι τυφλοῦ οὐ προσθήσεις σκάνδαλον καὶ φοβηθήσῃ κύριον τὸν θεόν σου ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
You shall not speak evil of a deaf man, and before a blind man you shall not place a stumbling block, and you shall fear the Lord your God; I am the Lord your God.
ποιήσετε ἄδικον ἐν κρίσει οὐ λήμψῃ πρόσωπον πτωχοῦ οὐδὲ θαυμάσεις πρόσωπον δυνάστου ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ κρινεῖς τὸν πλησίον σου
You shall not do injustice in judgment; you shall not favor the person of the poor, nor shall you respect the person of the powerful; you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness.
You shall not go about deceitfully in your nation; you shall not conspire against the blood of your neighbor. I am the Lord your God.
μισήσεις τὸν ἀδελφόν σου τῇ διανοίᾳ σου ἐλεγμῷ ἐλέγξεις τὸν πλησίον σου καὶ οὐ λήμψῃ δι᾿ αὐτὸν ἁμαρτίαν
You shall not hate your brother in your mind; you shall surely reprove your neighbor, and you shall not receive sin because of him.
οὐκ ἐκδικᾶταί σου ἡ χείρ καὶ οὐ μηνιεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς τοῦ λαοῦ σου καὶ ἀγαπήσεις τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος
And your hand shall not exact vengeance, and you shall not hold anger against the sons of your people, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.
νόμον μου φυλάξεσθε τὰ κτήνη σου οὐ κατοχεύσεις ἑτεροζύγῳ καὶ τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου οὐ κατασπερεῖς διάφορον καὶ ἱμάτιον ἐκ δύο ὑφασμένον κίβδηλον οὐκ ἐπιβαλεῖς σεαυτῷ
You shall keep my law: you shall not yoke your beasts with a different kind, and you shall not sow your vineyard with a different kind, and you shall not put on yourself a garment woven of two sorts, mixed.
ἐάν τις κοιμηθῇ μετὰ γυναικὸς κοίτην σπέρματος καὶ αὐτὴ οἰκέτις διαπεφυλαγμένη ἀνθρώπῳ καὶ αὐτὴ λύτροις οὐ λελύτρωται ἢ ἐλευθερία οὐκ ἐδόθη αὐτῇ ἐπισκοπὴ ἔσται αὐτοῖς οὐκ ἀποθανοῦνται ὅτι οὐκ ἀπηλευθερώθη
And if anyone lies with a woman, a seed-lying, and she is a female slave set aside for a man, and she has not been ransomed by means of a ransom or freedom has not been given to her, there shall be an examination for them; they shall not die, because she has not been set free.
And he shall bring his trespass offering to the Lord, at the entrance of the tent of testimony, a ram of trespass offering.
ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐν τῷ κριῷ τῆς πλημμελείας ἔναντι κυρίου περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἧς ἥμαρτεν καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ ἡ ἁμαρτία ἣν ἥμαρτεν
And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the Lord for the sin that he sinned, and the sin that he sinned shall be forgiven him
δὲ εἰσέλθητε εἰς τὴν γῆν ἣν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν δίδωσιν ὑμῖν καὶ καταφυτεύσετε πᾶν ξύλον βρώσιμον καὶ περικαθαριεῖτε τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτοῦ ὁ καρπὸς αὐτοῦ τρία ἔτη ἔσται ὑμῖν ἀπερικάθαρτος οὐ βρωθήσεται
And when you enter into the land which the Lord your God gives to you, and you shall plant every edible tree, then you shall make its uncleanness clean; its fruit shall be three years for you as uncircumcised; it shall not be eaten.
And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, praise to the Lord
But in the fifth year you shall eat the fruit, its produce shall be an addition for you; I am the Lord your God
You shall not eat upon the mountains, and you shall not practice divination, nor shall you observe birds.
You shall not make a bald spot from the hair of your heads, and you shall not destroy the appearance of your beard.
ἐντομίδας ἐπὶ ψυχῇ οὐ ποιήσετε ἐν τῷ σώματι ὑμῶν καὶ γράμματα στικτὰ οὐ ποιήσετε ἐν ὑμῖν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
And you shall not make cuts on your body for a soul, and you shall not make tattoo markings among you; I am the Lord your God.
You shall not profane your daughter to prostitute her, and the land shall not prostitute itself and the land shall be filled with lawlessness
My sabbaths you shall keep, and before my holy things you shall fear; I am the Lord
ἐπακολουθήσετε ἐγγαστριμύθοις καὶ τοῖς ἐπαοιδοῖς οὐ προσκολληθήσεσθε ἐκμιανθῆναι ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
You shall not follow after ventriloquists and the enchanters you shall not cling to, to be defiled by them; I am the Lord your God
προσώπου πολιοῦ ἐξαναστήσῃ καὶ τιμήσεις πρόσωπον πρεσβυτέρου καὶ φοβηθήσῃ τὸν θεόν σου ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
You shall rise before a gray head, and you shall honor the face of an elder, and you shall fear your God; I am the Lord your God.
And if any sojourner comes near to you in your land, you shall not oppress him.
ὁ αὐτόχθων ἐν ὑμῖν ἔσται ὁ προσήλυτος ὁ προσπορευόμενος πρὸς ὑμᾶς καὶ ἀγαπήσεις αὐτὸν ὡς σεαυτόν ὅτι προσήλυτοι ἐγενήθητε ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
As the native-born among you, so shall the stranger who comes to you be, and you shall love him as yourself, because you became strangers in the land of Egypt; I am the Lord your God.
You shall not do injustice in judgment, in measures and in weights and in balances.
δίκαια καὶ στάθμια δίκαια καὶ χοῦς δίκαιος ἔσται ὑμῖν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν ὁ ἐξαγαγὼν ὑμᾶς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου
Just balances, and just weights, and just measures shall be for you; I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt
φυλάξεσθε πάντα τὸν νόμον μου καὶ πάντα τὰ προστάγματά μου καὶ ποιήσετε αὐτά ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν
And you shall keep all my law and all my ordinances and you shall do them; I am the Lord your God
