Blessed is the man whom the Lord remembered in rebuke, and he was turned aside from a wicked way by a scourge, to be cleansed from sin, so as not to abound in it.
He who prepares the back for scourges will be purified, for the Lord is good to those who endure discipline.
For he will make straight the ways of the righteous and will not pervert in discipline, and the mercy of the Lord is upon those who love him in truth
And the Lord will remember his servants in mercy, for the testimony is in the law of an eternal covenant, the testimony of the Lord on the ways of men in oversight
Righteous and holy is the Lord our God in his judgments forever, and Israel will praise the name of the Lord with gladness
And the devout will give thanks in the assembly of the people, and God will have mercy on the poor in the gladness of Israel.
For God is kind and merciful forever, and the assemblies of Israel will glorify the name of the Lord.
Of the Lord is the salvation upon the house of Israel for everlasting joy
