A Psalm of David, for the first of the Sabbaths. The earth is the Lord’s and its fullness, the inhabited world and all who dwell in it.
He himself founded it upon seas, and upon rivers he prepared it.
Who will go up into the mountain of the Lord, and who will stand in his holy place?
Innocent in hands and pure in heart, who has not taken up his soul for vanity and has not sworn deceitfully to his neighbor
He shall receive blessing from the Lord and mercy from God his Savior
This is the generation of those seeking him, seeking the face of the God of Jacob. Selah
Lift up your gates, O your rulers, and be lifted up, everlasting gates, and the king of glory will enter.
Who is this, the king of glory? The Lord, mighty and powerful, the Lord powerful in battle.
Lift up your gates, O your rulers, and be lifted up, eternal gates, and the King of glory will enter in
Who is this, the king of glory? The Lord of the forces, he is the king of glory.
