And Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the commanders of thousands and to the commanders of hundreds and to the judges and to all the rulers in the presence of Israel, to the rulers of the fathers' houses

And Solomon went, and all the assembly with him, to the high place that was in Gabaon, where there was the tent of the testimony of God, which Moses the servant of the Lord made in the wilderness.

And God said to Solomon, Because this came to be in your heart, and you did not ask for wealth of money, nor glory, nor the life of your adversaries, nor did you ask for many days, but you asked for yourself wisdom and understanding, so that you might judge my people over whom I made you king over them.

wisdom and understanding I give you, and riches and wealth and glory I will give you, such as none has come to be like you among the kings before you, and after you there will not be so

And Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen, and there came to be for him one thousand and four hundred chariots and twelve thousand horsemen, and he left them in the chariot cities, and the people with the king in Jerusalem.

And they would go up and bring out from Egypt one chariot for six hundred of silver, and a horse for one hundred and fifty; and so for all the kings of the Hittites and the kings of Syria, by their hands they were bringing them.
