At that time the Lord said to me, Hew for yourself two stone tablets like the first ones, and go up to me into the mountain, and you shall make for yourself a wooden ark.

and I will write on the tablets the words that were in the first tablets which you smashed, and you shall put them into the ark

And I made an ark of incorruptible wood, and I hewed the two stone tablets like the first ones, and I went up into the mountain, and the two tablets were in my hands

And he wrote upon the tablets according to the first writing the ten words which the Lord spoke to you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire; and the Lord gave them to me

And having turned back I came down from the mountain, and I put the tablets into the ark which I made, and they were there, as the Lord commanded me.

And the sons of Israel set out from Beeroth of the sons of Jaakim to Moserah; there Aaron died and was buried there, and Eleazar his son ministered as priest in his place

From there they set out to Gadgad, and from Gadgad to Etebatha, a land of torrents of waters.

At that time the Lord separated the tribe of Levi to bear the ark of the covenant of the Lord, to stand before the Lord, to minister and to bless in his name until this day
