And he said to me, Son of man, your mouth shall eat, and your belly shall be filled with this scroll that is given to you. And I ate it, and it became in my mouth as honey sweetening.

nor to many peoples of another speech or of another language, nor those who are strong in tongue, whose words you would not hear, and if I had sent you to such, they would have listened to you

and go, enter into the captivity, to the sons of your people, and you shall speak to them and shall say to them, Thus says the Lord: if indeed they will hear, if indeed they will give heed

And I came into the captivity at Tel-abib, and I went around those dwelling by the river of Chobar, those who were there, and I sat there seven days, being among them.

When I say to the lawless man, By death you shall die, and you did not give warning to him, nor did you speak to warn the lawless man to turn from his ways to save him alive, that lawless man shall die in his lawlessness, and I will require his blood at your hand

And you, if you warn the lawless man and he does not turn back from his lawlessness and from his way, that lawless man will die in his iniquity, and you will deliver your soul.
20
And when a righteous man turns away from his righteous acts and commits a trespass, and I will put the stumbling block before his face, he himself shall die, because you did not warn him, and in his sins he shall die; because his righteous acts, which he did, shall not be remembered, and his blood I will require from your hand.

And I rose and went out into the plain, and behold, there the glory of the Lord was standing, like the vision and like the glory that I had seen by the river Chobar, and I fell on my face.

And when I speak to you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord: Let the one who hears hear, and let the one who is disobedient be disobedient; because it is a provoking house.
