σύ υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου λαβὲ σεαυτῷ πλίνθον καὶ θήσεις αὐτὴν πρὸ προσώπου σου καὶ διαγράψεις ἐπ᾿ αὐτὴν πόλιν τὴν Ιερουσαλημ

And you, son of man, take for yourself a brick and place it before your face, and you shall draw on it a city, Jerusalem.

And you shall put against it a siege and build against it siege works and set against it a mound and set against it camps and arrange the battering rams all around

And you, take for yourself an iron pan, and you shall set it as an iron wall between you and between the city, and you shall set your face toward it, and it shall be in siege, and you shall besiege it; this is a sign to the sons of Israel.

And you shall lie on your left side and you shall place the iniquities of the house of Israel upon it, according to the number of the days, one hundred and fifty, which you shall lie upon it, and you shall bear their iniquities.

And I have given you the two iniquities of them for a number of days, one hundred and ninety days; and you shall bear the iniquities of the house of Israel.

And you shall finish all these things and you shall lie down on your right side, and you shall bear the iniquities of the house of Judah forty days, a day for a year have I appointed to you

εἰς τὸν συγκλεισμὸν Ιερουσαλημ ἑτοιμάσεις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου καὶ τὸν βραχίονά σου στερεώσεις καὶ προφητεύσεις ἐπ᾿ αὐτήν

And toward the shutting up of Jerusalem you shall set your face and you shall strengthen your arm, and you shall prophesy against it

And behold, I have given bonds upon you, and you shall not turn from your side to your side until the days of your confinement are completed.

And you, take for yourself wheat and barley and beans and lentils and millet and spelt, and you shall put them into one earthen vessel, and you shall make them for yourself into loaves, and according to the number of the days that you lie on your side, one hundred and ninety days, you shall eat them.

τὸ βρῶμά σου ὃ φάγεσαι ἐν σταθμῷ εἴκοσι σίκλους τὴν ἡμέραν ἀπὸ καιροῦ ἕως καιροῦ φάγεσαι αὐτά

And your food that you shall eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day; from time to time you shall eat it.

ὕδωρ ἐν μέτρῳ πίεσαι τὸ ἕκτον τοῦ ιν ἀπὸ καιροῦ ἕως καιροῦ πίεσαι

and water by measure you shall drink, the sixth of a hin; from time to time you shall drink

ἐγκρυφίαν κρίθινον φάγεσαι αὐτά ἐν βολβίτοις κόπρου ἀνθρωπίνης ἐγκρύψεις αὐτὰ κατ᾿ ὀφθαλμοὺς αὐτῶν

And you shall eat barley cake with them; you shall bake them in human dung; in their sight you shall bake them.

ἐρεῖς τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τοῦ Ισραηλ οὕτως φάγονται οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἀκάθαρτα ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν

And you shall say, Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: So shall the sons of Israel eat unclean things among the nations.

And I said, By no means, O Lord, God of Israel; behold, my soul has not been defiled in uncleanness, and what has died of itself and what has been torn by beasts I have not eaten from my birth until now, nor has any unclean flesh entered into my mouth.

And he said to me, Behold, I have given you cattle dung instead of human dung, and you shall make your bread cakes on it.

And he said to me, Son of man, behold, I am breaking the support of bread in Jerusalem, and they shall eat bread by weight and in scarcity, and water by measure and in desolation they shall drink.

ἐνδεεῖς γένωνται ἄρτου καὶ ὕδατος καὶ ἀφανισθήσεται ἄνθρωπος καὶ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ καὶ τακήσονται ἐν ταῖς ἀδικίαις αὐτῶν

so that they may become lacking of bread and water, and man and his brother shall be destroyed, and they shall waste away in their iniquities
