Thus says the Lord the God of Israel: Take this cup of unmixed wine from my hand, and you shall make all the nations drink, to whom I am sending you, to them.
and they shall drink and vomit and become mad because of the face of the sword that I am sending among them
And I took the cup from the hand of the Lord and I gave drink to the nations to which the Lord sent me against them
Jerusalem and the cities of Judah and the kings of Judah and its rulers, to make them into desolation and into an uninhabited place and into hissing
and Pharaoh king of Egypt and his servants and his grandees and all his people
and all his mixed company and all the kings of the foreigners, Ashkelon and Gaza and Ekron and the rest of Azotus
and Idumea and Moab and the sons of Ammon
and all the kings of Tyre and the kings of Sidon and the kings those beyond the sea
and Dedan and Teman and Rosh and all that is cut around against his face
and all the mixed peoples who are dwelling in the wilderness
and all the kings of Elam and all the kings of the Persians
and all the kings from the east, those far off and those near, each one against his brother, and all the kingdoms that are on the face of the earth
And you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord Almighty: Drink and be drunk and vomit and fall, and you shall certainly not rise from before the face of the sword which I am sending among you.
And it shall be, when they do not wish to receive the cup from your hand so as to drink, then you shall say, Thus says the Lord: drinking, you shall drink.
For in the city on which my name has been called, there I begin to harm it, and you shall surely not be cleansed by cleansing, for I am calling a sword against those who sit on the land
And you shall prophesy against them these words, and you shall say: The Lord will give an oracle from on high, from his holy place he will give forth his voice; he will oracle upon his place, and Hadad like those gathering grapes they will answer, and against those sitting upon the land.
Destruction has come upon a part of the land, because judgment with the Lord is being judged among the nations; he himself is against all flesh, but the ungodly have been given to the sword, says the Lord.
Thus says the Lord: Behold, evils are coming from nation upon nation, and a great storm is going forth from the end of the earth.
And they shall be wounded by the Lord in the day of the Lord, from one end of the land even to the other end of the land; they shall not be buried, into dung upon the face of the earth they shall be.
Wail, shepherds, and cry out, and lament, you rams of the sheep, for your days have been fulfilled for slaughter, and you shall fall like the chosen rams
and there shall perish refuge from the shepherds and deliverance from the rams of the sheep
the voice of a cry of the shepherds and the wailing of the sheep and of the rams, because the Lord has destroyed their pastures
And the remnants of peace shall cease before the face of the anger of my wrath.
He has left, like a lion, his lair, because their land has become a desolation from before the great sword.
