With weeping they went out, and with comfort I will lead them back, lodging them by water channels, in a straight way, and they shall not be led astray in it, because I became to Israel as a father, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

And they shall come and be glad on Mount Zion, and they shall come to the good things of the Lord, to a land of grain and wine and fruits and livestock and sheep, and their soul shall be like a fruitful tree, and they shall not hunger any more

A beloved son is Ephraim to me, a child giving delight; for because of what my words are in him, I shall surely remember him again. Therefore I hastened toward him; pitying I will have pity on him, says the Lord.

Thus said the Lord: Yet they shall say this word in the land of Judah and in his cities, when I turn back his captivity: Blessed be the Lord on the righteous mountain, his holy one.

not according to the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day when I took hold of their hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, because they did not continue in my covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord

For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will surely give my laws into their mind and on their hearts I will write them, and I will be to them for God, and they shall be to me for a people.

and they shall by no means teach each one his fellow citizen and each one his brother, saying, Know the Lord, because all shall know me, from their small to their great, because I will be merciful to their injustices, and of their sins I shall by no means remember any longer

If the heaven is exalted into the heights, says the Lord, and if the ground of the earth is brought low beneath, I also will not reject the race of Israel, says the Lord, concerning all that they have done

Thus says the Lord, who gave the sun for the light of the day, the moon and the stars for the light of the night, and a roar in the sea, and its waves raged; the Lord Almighty is his name.

and all Aseremoth as far as the Wadi of Kidron, as far as the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be a sanctuary to the Lord, and it shall no longer at all fail, and it shall no longer at all be torn down, forever
