Every proud-hearted man is unclean before God, and one who joins hand with hand shall not go unpunished.
The beginning of a good way is to do righteous things, and it is more acceptable before God than to sacrifice sacrifices.
He who seeks the Lord will find knowledge with righteousness, but those who seek him rightly will find peace.
All the works of the Lord are guarded with righteousness, but the ungodly is kept for an evil day.
An oracle is on the lips of a king, and in judgment his mouth will not at all go astray.
A just weight and balance are from the Lord; all the weights of the bag are his works.
An abomination to a king is the one who does evil, for a throne of rule is prepared with righteousness.
Righteous lips are acceptable to a king, and he loves upright words.
The wrath of a king is a messenger of death, but a wise man will appease him.

The paths of life turn aside from evils, but the length of life is the ways of righteousness. The one who receives discipline will be among good things, and the one who guards reproofs will be made wise. He who guards his own ways keeps his own soul; and he who loves his life will spare his mouth.
Before destruction comes pride, but before a fall, bad-mindedness
Better is one humble in spirit with meekness than one who divides spoils with insolent men
The one who is prudent in affairs will find good things, and the one who trusts in God is blessed.
The wise and understanding call evil men, but the sweet in speech will hear more.
Insight is a fountain of life to those who possess it, but the discipline of fools is bad.
