Every man appears righteous to himself, but the Lord directs hearts.
To do righteousness and to speak truth are more acceptable with God than the blood of sacrifices.
Haughty of spirit, insolent of heart, and the lamp of the ungodly is sin
The one who works treasures with a lying tongue pursues vanities toward snares of death.
Destruction shall be brought upon the ungodly, for they do not wish to do what is just.
Toward the crooked he sends crooked ways; for pure and straight are his works.
Better to dwell on a corner of the roof than in a shared house with wrongdoing and in a common house
The soul of an ungodly man will not be pitied by any of men.
When an unrestrained man is punished, the innocent becomes wiser; and a wise man, understanding, will receive knowledge.
The righteous understands the hearts of the ungodly, and brings the ungodly to nothing in evils.
