Hear, O God, my voice in my supplicating; from fear of the enemy deliver my soul.
You have hidden me from the gathering of evildoers, from the multitude of those working lawlessness.
Who sharpened their tongues like a sword; they bent their bow, a bitter thing
to shoot in secret the blameless one; suddenly they will shoot at him, and they will not fear
They strengthened for themselves an evil word; they recounted to hide snares; they said, Who will see them?
They have searched out lawless deeds; they have failed, searching out. A man will come with searching; and a deep heart.
And God will be exalted; the arrows of infants have become their wounds.
And their tongues grew weak against them; all who beheld them were troubled.
And every man was afraid, and they proclaimed the works of God, and they understood his deeds.
The righteous will be glad in the Lord and will hope in him, and all the upright in heart will be praised.
