Do not exalt yourself in the counsel of your soul, lest your soul be torn away like a bull.

Be willing to listen to every divine account, and let not proverbs of understanding escape you

If you see a prudent man, rise early to him, and let your foot wear out the steps of his doors.

Consider in the commandments of the Lord, and meditate continually on his ordinances; he himself will establish your heart, and the desire of wisdom will be given to you
