He gave them days of number and a time, and he gave them authority over the things on it
He clothed them by themselves with strength, and according to his image he made them.
He set his fear upon all flesh, and to rule over beasts and birds
Counsel and tongue and eyes, ears and heart he gave them for thinking.
He filled them with knowledge of understanding, and he showed them good things and evil things.
He set his eye upon their hearts to show them the greatness of his works
And they will praise the name of sanctification, so that they may tell of the great things of his works
He added to them knowledge, and he allotted to them a law of life.
He established an eternal covenant with them, and he showed them his judgments.
Their eyes saw the majesty of glory, and their ear heard the glory of his voice.
and he said to them, take heed of every unjust thing, and he commanded them, each one concerning his neighbor
Their ways are before him continually; they will not be hidden from his eyes.
To each nation he appointed a ruler, but Israel is the portion of the Lord.
All their works are as the sun before him, and his eyes are continually upon their ways.
Their injustices were not hidden from him, and all their sins were before the Lord
The almsgiving of a man is as a seal with him, and the favor of a man he will preserve as a pupil.
After these things he will rise up and repay them, and their recompense he will return upon their head.
Nevertheless, to the repentant he gave a return, and he encouraged those failing in endurance.
Turn back to the Lord and abandon sins; pray before his face and diminish offense.
Return to the Most High and turn away from injustice, and greatly hate abomination.
Who will praise the Most High in Hades instead of the living and those giving confession?
From a dead man, as from one who is not, confession perishes; a living and healthy man will praise the Lord.
How great is the mercy of the Lord, and atonement for those who turn back to him!
For all things cannot be in men, because a son of man is not immortal
What is brighter than the sun? Yet this also fails, and flesh and blood will think evil.
The might of the height of heaven he himself oversees, and all men are earth and ashes
