And they came to Ecbatana and arrived at the house of Raguel, and Sarah met them and greeted them, and they too her, and she brought them into the house

And Raguel said to Edna his wife, How like the young man Tobit is to my cousin!

And Raguel asked them, From where are you, brothers? And they said to him, We are from the sons of Naphtali, of those taken captive in Nineveh.

And he said to them, Do you know Tobit our brother? And they said, We know him.

And he said to them, Is he well? But they said, He both lives and is well. And Tobias said, He is my father.

And Raguel sprang up and kissed him, and wept, and blessed him, and said to him, O son of a good and good man; and when he heard that Tobit had lost his eyes, he was grieved and wept.

And Edna his wife and Sarah his daughter wept and received them eagerly

And they sacrificed a ram of sheep and set before them more dishes.

And Tobias said to Raphael, Azariah, brother, speak about the things which you were saying on the journey, and let the matter be accomplished.

And he communicated the matter to Raguel, and Raguel said to Tobias, Eat and drink and be glad, for it is fitting for you to take my child; nevertheless I will show you the truth.

I gave my girl to seven men, and whenever they went in to her they died in the night; but now, having it, be cheerful.

And Tobias said, I will not taste anything here until you set up and stand near me. And Raguel said, take her from now on according to the judgment; but you are her brother, and she is yours. But the merciful God will prosper the best things for you.

And he called Sarah his daughter, and taking her by the hand he gave her to Tobias as wife, and he said, Behold, according to the law of Moses, take her and go to your father. And he blessed them.

And Edna his wife called, and he took a document and wrote a contract, and they sealed it and began to eat

And Raguel called Edna his wife and said to her, Sister, prepare the other chamber and bring her in.

And he did as he said and brought her in there, and he wept, and he accepted the tears of his daughter, and he said to her

Take courage, child; the Lord of heaven and of the earth may give you grace in place of this your sorrow. Take courage, daughter.
