For Christ has set us free for freedom; stand firm therefore and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

Look, I, Paul, am telling you that if you are circumcised, Christ will not benefit you at all.
But I testify again to every man who is circumcised that he is obligated to keep the whole law.
You have been severed from Christ, you who are justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
For we through the Spirit by faith await the hope of righteousness.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any power, but faith working through love.
You were running well; who hindered you from obeying the truth?
The persuasion is not from the one who calls you.
A little yeast leavens the whole dough.
I am confident in you in the Lord that you will think nothing different; but the one who is troubling you will bear the judgment, whoever he may be.
But I, brothers, if I still proclaim circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? Then the offense of the cross has been abolished.
I wish those who are troubling you would even cut themselves off.
For you were called to freedom, brothers; only do not use freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.
For the entire law is fulfilled in one word, in this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
But if you keep biting and devouring one another, watch out that you are not consumed by one another.
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the desire of the flesh.
For the flesh desires against the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh; for these are opposed to each other, so that you may not do what you want.
But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery,
idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, divisions, sects,
envy, drunkenness, revelries, and things like these, of which I am telling you beforehand just as I said before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,
gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
But those of Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.
Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
