And he said to his disciples, It is impossible that scandals will not come, but woe to the one through whom they come.

It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea than for him to cause one of these little ones to stumble.

Be careful with yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times turns back to you, saying, I repent, you shall forgive him.

And the apostles said to the Lord, Increase our faith.

And the Lord said, If you have faith as a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, Be uprooted and planted in the sea, and it would obey you.

Which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, when he comes in from the field, will immediately say to him, Go and lie down,

But will he not say to him, Prepare something to eat, and having girded himself, serve me until I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink?

Does the servant have thanks because he did what was commanded?

So also you, when you have done all the things commanded you, say, We are unworthy servants; we have done what we were obliged to do.

And it happened as he was going to Jerusalem, that he was passing through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

And as he was entering a certain village, ten leprous men met him, who stood at a distance,

And they raised their voice, saying, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

And seeing them, he said to them, Go and show yourselves to the priests. And as they went, they were cleansed.

But one of them, seeing that he was healed, turned back with a loud voice, glorifying God,

And he fell on his face at his feet, giving thanks to him; and he was a Samaritan.

And Jesus answered, Were not the ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

Were none found returning to give glory to God except this foreigner?

And he said to him, Get up and go; your faith has saved you.

Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation,

Nor will they say, Look, here it is, or, There; for indeed the kingdom of God is within you.

And he said to the disciples, Days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man and you will not see it.

And they will say to you, Look, there is the Messiah; look, here he is. Do not go away or follow them.

For just as lightning flashes and shines from under the sky to under the sky, so will the Son of Man be on his day.

But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man.

They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Likewise, as it happened in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;

But on the day Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all.

On the same day the Son of Man will be revealed.

On that day, whoever is on the roof, and his belongings are in the house, must not come down to take them away, and the one in the field likewise must not turn back.

Remember the wife of Lot.

Whoever seeks to preserve their life will lose it, but whoever loses it will keep it alive.

I tell you, on that night two will be on one bed; one will be taken, and the other will be left.

Two will be in the field; one will be taken, and the other will be left.

And they answered him, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body is, there also the eagles will be gathered.
