Brothers, my desire and prayer to God for them is for salvation.

For I testify to them that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge,
For they were ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to the righteousness of God.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
For Moses writes that the person who does the righteousness from the law will live by it.
But the righteousness from faith says this: Do not say in your heart, Who will ascend into heaven?—that is, to bring Christ down—
Or who will descend into the abyss? That is, to bring up Christ from the dead.
But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the word of faith which we proclaim.
Because if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart one believes into righteousness, but with the mouth one confesses into salvation.
For the Scripture says, Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord is Lord of all, richly blessing all who call on him.
For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Πῶς οὖν ἐπικαλέσωνται εἰς ὃν οὐκ ἐπίστευσαν; πῶς δὲ πιστεύσωσιν οὗ οὐκ ἤκουσαν; πῶς δὲ ἀκούσωσιν χωρὶς κηρύσσοντος;
How then will they call on the one in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without someone preaching?
But how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.
But not all obeyed the gospel; for Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our message?
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
But I say, did they not hear? Certainly they did: Their voice went out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the inhabited world.
But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says, I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will anger you.
But Isaiah boldly says, I was found by those who did not seek me; I became manifest to those who did not ask for me.
But to Israel he says, All day long I have stretched out my hands to a disobedient and contradicting people.
