And when all these things were completed, all Israel, those found in the cities of Judah, went out and smashed the pillars and cut down the sacred groves and tore down the high places and the altars from all Judah and Benjamin and from Ephraim and from Manasseh until the end, and all Israel returned, each to his inheritance and to their cities.

And Hezekiah appointed the divisions of the priests and of the Levites, and the divisions of each according to his own service, for the priests and for the Levites, for the whole burnt offering and for the sacrifice of the peace offering, and to praise and to confess and to minister in the gates, in the courts of the house of the Lord

And the king’s portion from his possessions was for the morning and the evening burnt offerings, and burnt offerings for sabbaths and for the new moons and for the feasts written in the law of the Lord

And he said to the people who were dwelling in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and of the Levites, so that they might be strong in the service of the house of the Lord

And as he commanded the word, the sons of Israel increased the firstfruits of grain and wine and oil and honey and every produce of the field, and they brought all the tithes in abundance.

The sons of Israel and Judah and those who dwelt in the cities of Judah, they too brought tithes of calves and of sheep and tithes of goats, and they consecrated to the Lord their God and brought in and laid them in heaps, heaps

In the third month they began to be piled up, and in the seventh month they were finished.

And Hezekiah and the rulers came and saw the heaps, and they blessed the Lord and his people Israel.

And Hezekiah was inquiring of the priests and of the Levites about the heaps

And Azarias the priest, the chief of the house of Zadok, said to him, From when the firstfruits began to be brought into the house of the Lord, we ate and drank and left over, because the Lord has blessed his people, and we have left over this abundance still.

And Hezekiah said to prepare storerooms in the house of the Lord, and they prepared.

And they brought there the firstfruits and the tithes faithfully, and over them was Conaniah the Levite as overseer, and Shimei his brother as deputy.

and Jeiel and Oazazias and Naeth and Asael and Jerimoth and Jozabath and Eliel and Samachia and Maath and Benaeas and his sons, appointed through Chonenias and Shimei his brother, as King Hezekiah commanded, and Azarias the ruler of the house of the Lord

And Kore son of Jiemna, the Levite, the doorkeeper at the east, over the gifts, to give the firstfruits to the Lord and the holy things of the holy things

by the hand of Eden and Benjamin and Jesus and Shemaiah and Amariah and Shecaniah, by the hand of the priests, faithfully to give to their brothers according to their divisions, to the great and to the small

besides the enrollment of the males from three years old and upward, to every one entering into the house of the Lord, for the matter of days, day by day, for the service in their divisions according to their appointment

And this was the enrollment of the priests according to houses of fathers, and the Levites in their divisions from twenty years old and upward in order

in enrollments for all their offspring, sons and their daughters, for all the multitude, because in faith they had purified the holy thing

to the sons of Aaron, the priests, and those from their cities in every city and city, men who were designated by name, to give a portion to every male among the priests and to every one counted among the Levites

And Hezekiah did thus in all Judah, and he did what was good and what was right before the Lord his God

And in every work in which he began, in the labor in the house of the Lord and in the law and in the commandments, he sought his God with all his soul and did, and he prospered.
