And the Lord said to me, Do not fear him, because I have given him and all his people and all his land into your hands, and you shall do to him as you did to Sihon king of the Amorrites, who was dwelling in Heshbon.

For only Og king of Bashan was left from the Rephaim; behold, his bed, an iron bed. Behold, it is in Rabbah of the sons of Ammon, nine cubits its length and four cubits its width, by a man’s cubit.

And that land we inherited at that time, from Aroer, which is by the edge of the wadi Arnon, and half of Mount Gilead and its cities I gave to Reuben and to Gad

and the rest of Gilead and all Bashan, the kingdom of Og, I gave to the half-tribe of Manasseh, and all the region round about Argob, all that Bashan, that land of the Rephaim, shall be reckoned as

And I commanded you at that time, saying: The Lord your God has given you this land by lot; armed, go before your brothers, the sons of Israel, every man of valor.

until the Lord your God gives rest to your brothers as also to you, and these also inherit the land that the Lord our God is giving them מעבר Jordan, and you shall turn back each one to his inheritance that I gave to you

And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Your eyes have seen all that the Lord our God did to these two kings; so will the Lord our God do to all the kingdoms to which you are crossing over there.

Lord, Lord, you have begun to show to your servant your strength and your power and your mighty hand and your high arm; for what god is there in heaven or on the earth who will do according to what you have done and according to your strength?

And charge Joshua and strengthen him and encourage him, because he shall cross over before the face of this people, and he himself shall apportion to them the land that you have seen.
