1
And a spirit took me up and brought me to the gate of the house of the Lord, the one opposite, the one facing toward east; and behold, on the thresholds of the gate about twenty-five men, and I saw in their midst Jezonias the son of Ezer and Phaltias the son of Banaeus, the leaders of the people.
13
And it happened, while I was prophesying, that Phaltias son of Banaias died; and I fell on my face and cried out with a loud voice and said, Alas, alas, Lord, you are making the remnant of Israel utterly end.
15
Son of man, your brothers and the men of your captivity and all the house of Israel have been brought to an end, to whom those dwelling in Jerusalem said, You are far away from the Lord; the land has been given to us as an inheritance.
16
Therefore say, Thus says the Lord: Though I have cast them away among the nations and scattered them into all the earth, yet I shall be to them as a little sanctuary in the lands where they shall enter there.
17
Therefore say, Thus says the Lord, and I will receive them from the nations and I will gather them from the lands where I scattered them among them, and I will give them the land of Israel
