And their names were Oola the elder and Ooliba her sister, and they became mine, and they bore sons and daughters. And their names were Samaria, Oola, and Jerusalem, Ooliba.

They uncovered her shame; they took her sons and her daughters, and they killed her with the sword, and she became a byword among women, and they executed judgments on her among the daughters.

the sons of Babylon and all the Chaldeans, Pekod and Shoa and Koa, and all the sons of the Assyrians with them, chosen young men, governors and commanders all of them, triple and renowned, riding on horses

And all will come upon you from the north, chariots and wheels, with a multitude of peoples, shields and bucklers; and they will set a watch against you all around, and I will give judgment before them, and they will take vengeance on you by their judgments.

And I will set my jealousy against you, and they will deal with you in wrath of anger; they will take away your nose and your ears, and your remnant they will cast down with the sword; they themselves will take your sons and your daughters, and fire will devour your remnant.

And they shall do in you in hatred, and they shall take all your pains and your labors, and you shall be naked and exposed, and the shame of your prostitution and your impiety and your prostitution shall be uncovered.

And because for the men coming from far away, to whom you had sent messengers to them, and as soon as they came you immediately bathed and painted your eyes and adorned yourself with ornamentation,

and a voice of harmony they were striking up, and toward men from a multitude of men coming from the wilderness, and they were giving bracelets upon their hands and a crown of boasting upon their heads
