And he said, Behold, lords, turn aside into the house of your servant and stay the night, and wash your feet, and rising early you shall depart on your way. But they said, No, but in the square we will stay the night.

And I have two daughters who have not known a man; I will bring them out to you, and do to them as it may please you, only to these men do nothing unjust, because of whom they entered under the shelter of my roof beams

But they said, Stand off there. You came in to sojourn, and do you even judge judgment? Now then we will mistreat you rather than them. And they were pressing hard upon the man Lot very much, and they drew near to break the door.

And Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, those who had taken his daughters, and said, Rise up and go out from this place, for the Lord is destroying the city; but he seemed to be joking before his sons-in-law.

But when dawn was coming, the angels were urging Lot, saying, Rise, take your wife and your two daughters whom you have, and go out, lest you be swept away with the lawless deeds of the city.

And it came to pass when they had brought them outside, that they said, Saving, save your own life; do not look back, nor stand in all the district; save yourself into the mountain, lest you be taken along with them.

since your servant has found mercy before you, and you have magnified your righteousness, which you do upon me, to preserve my life, but I shall not be able to be saved to the mountain, lest the evils overtake me and I die

And it came to pass, when the Lord destroyed all the cities of the region round about, God remembered Abraham and sent Lot out from the midst of the destruction, when the Lord destroyed the cities in which Lot was dwelling among them.

And Lot went up from Segor and sat in the mountain, and his two daughters with him, for he was afraid to dwell in Segor, and he dwelt in the cave, he and his two daughters with him.

And they gave their father wine to drink in that night, and the elder went in and lay with her father that night, and he did not know in her lying down and in her rising up.
34
And it happened on the next day, and the elder said to the younger, Behold, I lay last night with our father; let us give him wine to drink also this night, and go in, lie with him, and we will raise up seed from our father.
