he who sends by sea envoys and papyrus letters over the water, for light messengers will go to a lofty and strange nation, and a hard people, beyond whom is a nation without hope and trodden down, now the rivers of the land

In that time gifts shall be brought up to the Lord of hosts from a afflicted and peeled people and from a great people, from now and unto the age, a hoped-for and trodden-down nation, which is in part of the river of his land, to the place where the name of the Lord of hosts was called, Mount Zion.
