Then Bildad the Shuhite answered and says:

For what indeed is beginning or fear from him, who makes the whole in the Highest?

For does anyone suppose that there is delay for raiders? And upon whom will ambush not come from him?

For how could a mortal be righteous before the Lord, or who could cleanse himself, one born of woman?

If he commands the moon and it does not shine, and the stars are not pure before him

how much less man, a rottenness, and a son of man, a worm
