You showed favor to your land, O Lord; you turned back the captivity of Jacob.
You forgave the lawless deeds to your people; you covered all their sins. Selah
You have turned back all your anger; you have turned away from the anger of your wrath.
Restore us, O God of our salvations, and turn away your wrath from us
Will you not be angry with us forever, or will you extend your anger from generation to generation?
O God, you having turned back will make us alive, and your people will rejoice in you.
Show us, O Lord, your mercy, and give us your salvation.
I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me, because he will speak peace upon his people and upon his holy ones and upon those turning their heart toward him
But near those who fear him is his salvation, so that glory may dwell in our land.
Mercy and truth met; righteousness and peace kissed.
Truth has sprung up from the earth, and righteousness has looked down from the heaven.
For the Lord will give kindness, and our land will give its fruit.
Righteousness shall go before him, and shall set his footsteps on the way.
