Blessed is the man who has not slipped with his mouth and has not been pierced by the sorrow of sins.

Blessed is he whose soul has not condemned him, and who has not fallen away from his hope.

For a stingy man wealth is not good, and for an envious man what use is money?

He who gathers from his soul gathers for others, and others will revel in his goods.

The evil man, to whom will he be good? and he will by no means rejoice in his possessions.

There is none more evil than the one who envies himself, and this is the recompense of his wickedness.

And even if he does good, he does it in forgetfulness, and at the last he reveals his evil.

Evil is the man who envies with the eye, turning away the face and overlooking souls.

The eye of the greedy man is not satisfied with a portion, and wicked injustice dries up the soul

An evil eye is envious of bread and wanting at his table

My child, as you have, do well for yourself, and bring offerings to the Lord worthily.

Remember that death will not delay, and the covenant of Hades has not been shown to you.

Before you die, do good to a friend, and according to your strength stretch out and give to him

He will set up his tent close by its hands, and he will lodge in a lodging of good things.

He will place his children under her shelter, and under her branches he will lodge.

He will be covered by it from heat, and in its glory he will lodge
