A drunken worker will not be enriched; he who despises little things will fall little by little.

Wine and women will make sensible men fall away, and the one who cleaves to harlots will be more reckless.

Rottenness and worms shall inherit him, and a bold soul shall be taken away

He who trusts quickly is light in heart, and he who sins against his own soul will trespass.

The one who rejoices in heart will be condemned.

And the one hating talk will be made lesser by evil.

Never repeat a word, and nothing at all will be diminished for you.

In a friend and in an enemy do not tell, and unless it is a sin to you, do not reveal it

For he has heard you and has guarded you, and in time he will hate you

You have heard a word; let it die with you; be confident, it will certainly not split you.

From the face of a word a fool will be in labor, as a woman giving birth from the face of an infant.

A dart fixed in the thigh of flesh, so is a word in the belly of a fool

Reprove a friend, lest perhaps he has not done it; and if he did it, lest perhaps he add to it.

Reprove your neighbor, lest perhaps he did not say it; and if he has said it, so that he may not do it again

Reprove a friend, for often there is slander, and do not trust every word.

There is one who slips, and not from the soul, and who has not sinned with his tongue?

Reprove your neighbor before threatening, and give place to the law of the Most High

All wisdom is fear of the Lord, and in all wisdom is the doing of the law.

and there is no wisdom that is knowledge of wickedness, and there is no prudence where there is counsel of sinners

There is a cunningness, and this also is an abomination, and there is a fool lacking wisdom.

Better is one overcome in understanding, fearing, than one abounding in prudence and transgressing the law.

There is a precise shrewdness, and this is unjust, and there is one twisting favor so as to bring judgment to light

There is one behaving wickedly bowed down in blackness, and his inward parts are full of deceit

one who conceals his face and pretends to be deaf where he was not recognized will outstrip you

and if he is hindered from sinning by a lack of strength, if he finds an opportunity, he will do evil

A man will be recognized from a look, and a sensible man will be recognized from the meeting of the face.

The adornment of a man, and the laughter of teeth, and the steps of a man will declare the things concerning him
