So every craftsman and architect, whoever passes the night as by day, those who engrave engravings of seals; and his persistence is to alter diversity; he will give his heart to make a likeness, and his wakefulness to complete a work.
28
So a smith sitting near an anvil and observing the works of iron: the vapor of fire will melt his flesh, and in the heat of the furnace he will contend; at the sound of the hammer he will incline his ear, and opposite the likeness of the vessel his eyes will be; he will give his heart to the completion of works, and his watchfulness to adornment for the finish.
