And he brought out from him a man of mercy, finding favor in the eyes of all flesh, beloved by God and men, Moses, whose memorial is in blessings

He made him like the glory of the holy ones, and he magnified him in the terrors of enemies.

By his words he made signs cease, he glorified him in the presence of kings, he commanded him for his people, and he showed him of his glory

In faith and gentleness he sanctified him; he chose him out of all flesh.

He made him hear his voice and brought him into the darkness and gave him face to face commandments, a law of life and knowledge, to teach Jacob his covenant and his judgments, Israel.

Aaron he exalted, a holy one like him, his brother, from the tribe of Levi

He established him for a covenant of eternity, and he gave him the priesthood of the people; he blessed him in comeliness and girded him with a robe of glory.

He clothed him with a perfection of boasting and strengthened him with utensils of strength, a skirt, and a robe, and an ephod

And he surrounded him with golden pomegranates, with very many bells all around, to sound a voice in his steps, to make a sound heard in the temple, for a memorial to the sons of his people

with a holy robe of gold and hyacinth and purple, by the work of embroiderer, with a breastpiece of judgment, with tokens of truth, woven with scarlet, the work of an artisan

with precious stones, a seal’s engraving, in a setting of gold, the work of a stone-worker, for a memorial, in an inscription engraved according to the number of the tribes of Israel

a golden crown upon the mitre, an engraving of a seal of holiness, a boast of honor, a work of strength, delights of the eyes, adorned

As beautiful as these has not been before him; no foreigner ever clothed himself with them, except his sons only and his descendants forever

His sacrifices shall be wholly burned every day, continually, twice

Moses filled the hands and anointed him with holy oil; it became to him for an everlasting covenant, and to his seed in days of heaven, to minister to him, and at the same time to serve as priest and to bless his people in his name

He chose him from every living thing to offer up produce to the Lord, incense and a sweet-smelling offering, for a memorial, to make propitiation for your people

He gave him authority in his commandments, in covenants of judgments, to teach Jacob the testimonies and to enlighten Israel in his law.

Strangers rose up against him, and men who were about Dathan and Abiron envied him in the wilderness, and the assembly of Korah in wrath and anger

The Lord saw, and he was not well pleased, and they were brought to completion in anger. In wrath he did wonders for them to consume by the fire of his flame.

And he added glory to Aaron and gave him an inheritance; the firstfruits of the first produce he apportioned to him; he prepared bread for the first ones, fullness.

For they shall eat the sacrifices of the Lord, which he gave to him and to his seed.

only in the land of the people he will not inherit, and there is no portion for him among the people; for he himself is your portion and inheritance

and Phinehas son of Eleazar, the third for glory, in his being zealous in the fear of the Lord and his standing in the turning away of the people, in the goodness of the readiness of his soul, and he made atonement for Israel

Therefore there stood to him a covenant of peace, to preside over holy things and his people, that there might be to him and to his seed the magnificence of the priesthood forever.

and a covenant with David son of Jesse, from the tribe of Judah, an inheritance of king, son of son, only son, inheritance of Aaron and to his seed

May he give you wisdom in your heart to judge his people in righteousness, so that their good things may not be destroyed, and their glory unto their generations.
