O foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified?

I only want to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith?
Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?
Have you suffered so many things in vain? If indeed it was in vain.
Does the one who supplies you with the Spirit and works miracles among you do so by works of the law or by hearing with faith?
Just as Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.
Understand then that those who are from faith, these are sons of Abraham.
Now the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, announced the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, In you all the nations will be blessed.
So those who are from faith are blessed along with the faithful Abraham.
For all who are from works of the law are under a curse, for it is written, Cursed is everyone who does not remain in all the things written in the book of the law to do them.
Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, because The righteous one will live by faith,
But the law is not from faith, rather, The one who does them will live by them.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, because it is written: Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree,
so that the blessing of Abraham might come to the nations in Christ Jesus, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Brothers, I speak according to human terms: yet no one annuls or adds to a confirmed human covenant.
Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed; it does not say, And to seeds, as of many, but as of one, And to your seed, who is Christ.
Now this I say: a covenant confirmed beforehand by God, the law that came four hundred and thirty years later, does not annul, so as to invalidate the promise.
For if the inheritance is from the law, it is no longer from the promise; but God has granted it to Abraham through the promise.
What then is the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the seed to whom the promise was made came, having been ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.
Now a mediator is not of one, but God is one.
Is the law then against the promises of God? Absolutely not. For if a law had been given that was able to give life, then righteousness would truly come through the law.
But the Scripture has confined all under sin so that the promise might be given from faith in Jesus Christ to those who believe.
Before faith came, we were held in custody under the law, confined until the faith that was to come would be revealed.
So the law has become our guardian until Christ, in order that we might be justified by faith.
But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
For all who were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
There is no Jew nor Greek, there is no slave nor free, there is no male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s offspring and heirs according to the promise.
